The concert band program is the heart of the Heritage High School band program. We have two leveled concert bands: Symphonic Band and Concert Band. Students are placed into the Symphonic based on auditions, which take place every year in late March or early April. Concert Band is open to anyone and does not require an audition. No students will be turned away and all students are welcomed and encouraged to join the band. Both bands participate in 6 concerts a year and festivals throughout the spring season where students can perform in front of judges and other students from around Colorado. There are sectional coaches that come throughout the week to improve and help students with their musical skills.
